Ali Peker, Board Member of MATTO, who has contributed to strengthening trade relations between North Macedonia and Türkiye, was honored with a special plaque in recognition of his efforts.
The plaque was presented by Adil Koçalan, Vice President of the Turkish Internet Media Union, Chairman of the Board of Istanbul Media Group, and President of the Istanbul Journalists Federation. Koçalan emphasized that Ali Peker’s economic and commercial initiatives carried out on behalf of Türkiye in the Balkan region have reinforced cooperation between the two countries.
“Such initiatives not only enhance trade relations but also strengthen cultural and diplomatic ties. Mr. Peker is a valuable representative who builds this bridge,” he stated.
During the presentation, it was noted that the plaque symbolizes more than an award; it represents solidarity between the business world and the media sector. Ali Peker highlighted the importance of trade relations between Türkiye and North Macedonia for sustainable development and long-term partnerships, adding that such initiatives will continue.
